Teamsters 597
Teamsters Local 597 was first chartered by the International Brotherhood of
Teamsters in 1939. Since that time the Teamsters has grown and
currently represent over 900 members and work for more than 21 companies
throughout Vermont.
With the help of a strong team, and with the backing of years of knowledge
the current Teamsters board has changed not only working environments, employee
relations, but also in a time when Vermont is experiencing economic upheaval, have provided job security to many.
Our representatives deserve a place that they can learn, and have up to date
reliable information on what our Eboard members are doing for you ... our members.
